Mahindra satyam has launched a new recruitment initiative named ‘Starting Over’ which provide second break to women professionals who want to restart their career after a gap.
Starting Over is lateral recruiting highly talented mid-career women seeking to restart their careers after having taken a break for personal reasons. This is first company to offer to women professionals of this kind.
